Land Development Management works closely with Project Management to manage projects, which require road and infrastructure construction. Typical Land Development support includes feasibility analysis, approval assistance, value engineering, budgeting, cash flow analysis, bidding, contracting, construction management, and dedication support.
Using innovative time/cost savings ideas, the Land Development team seeks to minimize the cost of site improvement work and to maximize predictability in the scheduled completion and cost of improvements. All of our field operations tie back to Corporate, allowing senior Land Development Management to recognize special needs across the company and draw on a diverse national talent pool for support using out-of-region (staff and/or contractor) resources.
